Independent company. This site describes Splinel. Rahul founded the studio in Bengaluru in 2025 to put a drafting table under agent graphs.
About the name
From spline, the curve that interpolates points, and the ridge that locks a shaft to a hub. Agent workflows do both: they connect steps into one smooth path, then lock that path so it can run as chat or API.

Graph runtime engineer
Versioned locks, replay, and the runner that executes seven-node paths without dropping a secret. Python and TypeScript.

Security
Vault, SSO, audit, region, self-host.
Secrets vault on every plan. SSO on Hub (SAML and OIDC). Every deploy writes an audit row: who locked which version, from which IP, at which time.
Region options: Mumbai, Frankfurt, Virginia. Self-host for teams that keep graphs inside the perimeter. Report issues to [email protected].

What we store
Workflow graphs and run logs are customer data. Account email, billing name, and path keys are account data. We process them to run Splinel Cloud and to invoice Path and Hub.
Export
Export graphs and run logs on Hub as JSON and JSONL. Path customers can download the current graph from the canvas. Sketch local files never leave the machine.

Terms
Effective 13 August 2026. By using Splinel Cloud or the Apache-2.0 canvas you agree to these terms.
Service
Splinel provides a visual workspace and, on paid plans, hosted runs. The Apache-2.0 builder is licensed by that LICENSE file. Cloud uptime target on Path is 99.9% monthly, credits issued as extra runs.
Customer data
You own workflow graphs and run logs. Export on Hub. We delete Cloud copies within 30 days of a written close request to [email protected].
Acceptable use
No unlawful content in paths. No scanning third-party systems without their permission. Secrets you paste are yours to safeguard in the vault.
Liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior three months. Model providers bill under their own terms. Splinel invoices Path overage and hosted compute as described on Pricing.
